1-on-1 with a certified coach

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions. We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

What will my first time in your gym be like?

Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, we’ll do a quick fitness assessment with you, and we’ll walk through what you can expect.

WHY IS YOUR GYM MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER GYMS?

This is a question we are asked often; and likely a question/comment many members of CrossFit gyms hear too. “Expensive”, like hard, soft, cheap, hot, cold, etc. is a relative term.

Expensive compared to exactly what? Expensive compared to the traditional gym membership that allows you access to equipment only, no coaching, no personalized workouts, no individual attention, no personalized fitness advise, and a few pizza parties each month? Or expensive compared to P90X in your living room? Or compared to the cost of living the final years of life with one of a myriad of obesity-related diseases? Think for a moment about some of the other bills in your life.  How much is your phone bill per month? How about your cable bill? Most people don’t think twice about paying $100-200+ each month for those things, and they contribute to a lack of, not increased wellness.

We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $15/month? A CrossFit membership? We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question. What are your goals? Now based on the answer, what will you need to get there? Personalized attention? Instruction on correct technique? A workout program tailored specifically to your goal? Trained, professional coaches right beside you? Accountability? Working out with a group of like-minded people who cheer you on to your success? If the answer to any of the above is “yes”, then we’d encourage you to check us out because you will get all of these as a member of our gym family.

A thought to consider is this, “you’ll pay for your health one way or the other. Either through massive medical bills down the road, or through a membership to a quality gym now so you can live not only longer, but happier and healthier.
