Our Classes

We believe that anyone can be fit with a little help and the right training. All it takes is an hour a day to get stronger mentally and physically, and we promise you - that hour will go by in a flash when you’re having as much fun as we do. Don’t worry - none of these classes are too hard for you. We scale every workout to meet you where you are. As your skills increase, so does the intensity of your workouts.
  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time. We start with a warm up, go into a strength lift or skill session, followed by a heart-pumping, lung-burning conditioning portion.

  • Commitment 101

    This beginners class is designed to teach you the fundamental movements that will help you reach your fitness goals via CrossFit. You’ll learn basic CrossFit movements and lingo to get prepared for the intensity of regular CrossFit classes.

    This program is spread out over 4 sessions in a semi-private group setting of 3 or less athletes.

  • Open Gym

    Recess for grown-ups. In Open Gym, you have to freedom to use our gym any way you want. Make up a missed class, work on “homework” from your coach, practice skills you’re still mastering … the options are limitless.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise, so it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Commitment offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

    You’ll get an initial assessment, 1 hr 5 days per week of individualized programming.

  • RomWod Class

    Are you all swoll but not flexy? Then this is the program for you. RomWod is a program that helps you achieve strength, power, and athleticism by helping you move better. The better you move the better your technique will be. The better your technique, the less likely you will get injured. This means you will get to your goal faster. It’s yoga for CrossFitters.
