Drew McMillin has been CrossFitting for an impressive nine years, and he used to train elite-level college athletes at Marquette, DePaul, UNO and UIC. "Then I realized that I enjoyed training your average Jane & Joe so much more, so I started CrossFit Commitment," he says. "Helping an athlete jump higher is one thing, but that pales in comparison to the fulfillment I get from improving the lives of our members."
